Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

Be Flawless requests at least a 24 hour notice when canceling or
rescheduling your appointment. Our scheduling system will send you a
text/email reminder 24 hrs prior to your appointment automatically if we
have your email on file. Please understand that these appointments are
very difficult to fill last minute.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24hr notice
will incur a $100 for Botox/Xeomin Appointments and a $200 charge
for a missed Filler Appointment. This fee must be paid prior to booking
another appointment. You will not be able to book another appointment
until the outstanding fee is paid.

Arrival/Lateness Policy

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment, so you’ll have
plenty of time to fill out any paperwork required. Please text us at
404.731.1744 and we will notify you of when we are ready for you. If
you arrive later than 15 minutes after your appointment, a $100 late fee will
be added to your appointment to accommodate the next patients
appointment.
